Stock Photos Allow Both Amateur and Professional Photographers to Profit

Microstock Photography: How to Make Money from Your Digital ImagesBOOK- (Click Here)How to Make Money From Your Digital Images

Today the two major types of photography sold on the market include assignment photography and stock photography. Photographs taken of a predetermined subject are called assignment photography, while stock photography is when one takes photos with the desire to find a future buyer.

Both Amateur and Professional photographers generally can sell both types, and while assignment photography typically takes care of their base costs they find it to be self-limiting in profit potential. Stock photos, however, while generally commanding a lower price, sell more often and to a wider market. A good site to sell your stock photos is http://www.PhotoDaisy.com

If you think you might want to try your hand at making money with stock photography, it’s a good idea to know what kind of photography interests you and in what aspect of photography you have talent. As you hone your skill, you can start to amass a stockpile of photos. That beautiful landscape pictures you took of the setting sun during last months trip to the beach, the pictures of your garden, or the pottery your spouse made, or with a written model release, even the pictures you shot of someone using a cell phone, or typing on a laptop can all be potential stock photos.

A magazine may be doing an article on gardens or on the dangers of driving while using a cell phone. A newspaper might need pictures of the local coastline. Take pictures of everything. Photos you have about police actions can be quite profitable. Other highly popular stock photo subjects also include certain types of plants, food, cars, and boats. Amass a photo library with varied photos. With your good stock photos, the possibilities are endless.

Often, however, photograph editors in magazines and newspapers often don’t have the time or the inclination to expand much effort when buying stock photography. So basically you need to find someone who will market and sell your pictures for you. Think about this – the larger the website, the less time a photo editor will have to spend looking for the right photo and the greater chance your stock photo will be viewed and possibly purchased.

In picking out a service to sell your stock photos you are looking for functionality and affordability. You will need to be able to sell your stock photos and the interface of the website must be one that is not only easy for you to upload your stock photos, but is also easy for those who wish to buy stock photos.

With the advent of the Internet, the business of buying stock photos and selling stock photos has greatly increased. Whether you are an amateur stock photographer or a professional stock photographer, the potential for making a profit from selling stock photos is substantial enough to warrant your attention.

Image and Art Work

If you are a business or a manufacturer that uses and has a need for fresh, beautiful images or fine art for any of the following items: T-shirts, Jigsaw Puzzles, Toys, Greeting Cards, Clocks, Gift Items, Playing Cards, Picture Frames, Shopping Bags, or ANY product where you want to place an image. Then you've come to the right place!

If you're a print manufacturer or a publisher that needs images for Product Labels, Book Covers, Magazine Articles, Calendars, Posters, Bookmarks, Giclee' Prints, Art on Canvas, or Prints of various sizes. Then you've come to the right place!

Are you a business or manufacturer that's tired of paying royalties. keeping track of impressions and individual usages and then feeling like you're being "nickel and dimed" to death? And after all of that, seeing your competitors are using some of the same images? I can help!

Allow me to introduce myself, I'm former New York photographer and artist Daniel J. Woodmansee, now living on the beautiful Emerald Coast of Florida and I'm offering exclusive commercial reproduction licenses worldwide for my unique images. These licenses are non-restrictive!

Options include North American only, Global excluding North America or Global INCLUDING North America.

5 years, 10 years or lifetime options are available. These licensing rights are completely royalty free!

With me, "pay one price" means just that! After you have purchased the license you can reproduce it as many times and market it in any way that YOU want to, without ever having to pay another cent for using that image during your license term! You can use your licensed image for any or ALL of the above uses and more! Basically, your only usage limit is your imagination!

Discounts ALWAYS available for multiple purchases and returning customers.

With me, Exclusive means that at MOST, one company in North America and ONE company for the rest of the world will be licensed at any one time to reproduce, use and market these images. If you purchase the Global INCLUDING North America rights, you will be the only one in the WORLD legally able to reproduce, use and market your image!

Most images are 36" x 53" (2592 X 3872 pixels) or 27â x 36â inches (1944 x 2592 pixels), 72 DPI, depth is 8 bits. These images are all NEW, never before marketed and never placed on products. They have also never been used in any advertising other than for myself!

The licensee may adjust the color, the size, the DPI, compile a derivative, add any text or your company logo, etc.

You are not purchasing the copyright, copyright must be on reproductions if feasible, but can be any size and in any location on image. Copyright and complete ownership of an image MAY be possible, contact me and we can discuss it.

Lipstick on your teeth is not good for pictures!

How to Keep Lipstick off Your Teeth

from wikiHow - The How to Manual That You Can Edit

Many women love to wear lipstick, but they do not want to be caught off guard by having lipstick on their teeth. Heres a quick tip to keep lipstick off your teeth.

Steps

  1. Line your lips(same shade as lipstick or a natural color)

  2. Apply a lip liner that matches the color lipstick that you will be applying,Fill it in. Top and bottom.

  3. Stay away from being too close to the inner lips.

  4. Apply translucent powder over the lipliner.

  5. Apply your lipstick

  6. This technique will also keep your lipstick on longer

  7. Place paper in between/inner lips(This will remove any excess that is inside the inner lips. Some people also use their finger, forming an o with their lips and they slide the finger out.

  8. Some people may even apply vaseline on their teeth, which doesn't taste too good,so I have tried using the same method with applying lip gloss on the teeth. Works the same way. This allows the lipstick not to stick to your teeth.

  9. I also prefer to apply lipstick with a lip brush.Gives you more control of where to go and not go.

  10. -Don't forget to moisturize your lips over night by applying a chap stick or lip balm. Lips that are properly hydrated and moisturized equals a smooth lipstick application the next day.

Tips

  • Refrigerate your lipstick during the summer and any make up that is prone to melting in the heat. Then stick it inside your purse when your ready to go.

  • I love my eye cream in the refrigerator as well. The cold once applied under the eyes will take away the puffiness immediately.

Test Shoots..

Test Shoots for the month of November. You will receive 20 shots on a c.d. to add to your portfolio and possibly be featured on a website promoting products. Great for exposure and your modeling resume.
Only 5 test shoot will be done, so let me know,so that you can be considered.

Taking pictures outside...

Make sure when you take pictures outside that you have enough eye make up on. The sun can wash you out.It can also make you look pale,so make sure you powder with a color that is one shade slightly darker than your complextion.Contouring will be very helpful for outside shoots as well.
Relax your forehead. The sun will tend to make you squint and will make lines on your forehead.
If you do not have a reflector, make sure that you have someone hold an umbrella,to block the sun. You can make a home made reflector with an umbrella and white/silver and gold fabric over it. When using the reflector, find the reflection on the face. You may have to practice this technique until you get the hang on it.Using a reflector can block the sun, stop shadows and bring a glow to your face.
